As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will steward our Hygiene brands performance marketing ambition as we embark on a global journey of eCommerce transformation. You will be a key enabler at the core of our U.S. eCommerce and Performance Marketing Hub. Your role will be integral to our mission in achieving the strongest relationship with 100% of consumers while driving programs aimed at enhancing the lifetime value of consumers across various eCommerce channels. As a strategic lead for eCommerce marketing, you will lead the execution of eCommerce brands strategy, performance media, on-page experience and commercial innovation while exploring the next generation of key growth initiatives. You'll: 

  • Lead eCommerce initiatives (full funnel) and on-going, always-on optimization of the initiatives across Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com and all other eCommerce channels
  • Seek and evaluate strategic performance opportunities and serve as a thought-leader on new and innovative ways to reach and connect with our consumer
  • Develop recommendations for new growth initiatives and platforms, programs and initiatives that scale consumer acquisition
  • Push the boundaries on enabling a winning consumer experience across various eCommerce touchpoints

 

You'll succeed because...

You enjoy testing and learning in order to innovate and bring ideas to life. You have:

  • Overall 6+ years of experience, with at least 2 years of experience managing performance marketing for eCommerce; eCommerce commercial management experience is a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in the eCommerce space including management of Amazon and preferably other brick and click platforms
  • Excellent understanding of eCommerce analytics 
  • Strong competencies with understanding the consumer experience aspects of eCommerce platforms as well as the cost economics of eCommerce platforms
  • Analytical experience in conducting own analysis on channel performance, identifying optimization opportunities and using data to inform business decisions 
  • Understanding and managing different parts of a consumer journey, and how to influence the consumer across paid/owned channels
  • Deep experience in the execution of campaigns across eCommerce platforms
  • Experience working with automation and data science teams to improve operations is a plus
