The e-Business team is an end to end organization within the RB Home and Hygiene business. Our vision is to be a data centric business that provides superior shopper experience. You will play a critical role in achieving this goal by driving our power brands such as Lysol, Finish, Airwick etc. 

You would be responsible for driving the growth and P&L of key brands such as Lysol, Airwick, Finish in the online retail realm (Amazon, WMT.com/TGT.com etc). You would work closely with the cross functional teams (commercial, national brand teams, eBU Innovation) to scope the opportunity, understand the consumer and shopper pain point, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies. You will own complete ownership of the go-to-market strategy for your brands in the online world. You will also have the opportunity to launch new products, specifically ecommerce exclusive portfolio through full funnel activation.

 

You’ll succeed because…

Lead the online brand strategy for key power brands such as Lysol, Airwick

  • Responsible for building the brand strategy and the marketing plan to drive RB Hyho brands.
  • Build in-depth understanding of the category, competition dynamics, brand portfolio, pricing and promotional plot.
  • Build a comprehensive marketing plan based on activating the right levers such as promo recommendation, portfolio strategy and innovation recommendation, media activation (demand capture as well as demand creation).
  • Win consumer inflection moments such as Back to school, Holiday, cold and flu season across retailers

Activating the go-to-market strategy 

  • Lead a 2-member team who would activate the business on a day to day basis
  • Ensure execution is in-line with the aligned go-to-market plan
  • Build a clear targeting strategy (based on identified consumer and category insights); reach strategy to conquer multiple touch points within and outside the retailer ecosystem (Amz/ WMT); messaging hierarchy across different touchpoints.
  • Optimize go-to-market strategy continuously to make it more effective and efficient
  • Find new insights/ learning that helps identify new territories, events, activation, product enhancement and new product development relevant for one’s

Build new marketing capabilities

  • Lead the thought leadership on how eBU needs to amend its activation strategy to support digital brands. The aspiration here is to act like a digital insurgent brand. 
  • Find best-in-class digital insurgent brands and capture their marketing activations. Identify new partners / agency who could help us in this journey.
  • Pilot complementary new tactics and share proof of concept that can be scaled up quickly.
Responsibilities

Educational Background

  • Degree educated from a US or international recognised university
  • MBA or degree in statistics a plus


Professional Experience

  • 5+ year’s experience in marketing and launching new brands
  • Career in leading CPG company/ e-commerce/ e-retailer / DTC business a plus
  • Exposure to performance marketing a plus
  • Ability to lead discussions and align senior management.
  • Cross function exposure to other business operations.
  • Entrepreneurial and financially & commercially astute
