Senior Specialist, Web

The Senior Digital Specialist, Web is responsible for overseeing the implementation of key initiatives on Enfamil’s main consumer brand website, Enfamil.com, and Mead Johnson’s Healthcare Professional (HCP) website.  You will be responsible for driving the execution of brand-specific content, campaigns and experiences across our owned sites, driving increased engagement, brand affinity, and ultimately product sales. You are passionate about contributing to the creation of great digital products, and this shows in your past work. Your work will support our mission to nourish the world’s children for the best start in life by keeping our branded site fresh, up-to-date, and contextually relevant for moms and expecting moms.

Long Description

Responsibilities:

  • Drive implementation of key initiatives on Enfamil.com and meadjohnson.com/pediatrics.
  • Partner with Content Strategy Manager, Brand Managers, Medical Marketing Managers, external agencies and development teams to ensure timely, flawless execution of brand-specific and masterbrand initiatives on consumer and HCP sites.
  • Own and drive the product content maintenance process on Enfamil.com and www.meadjohnson.com/pediatrics.
  • Triage and prioritize backlog of maintenance, bug fixes and new feature requests with site design & development agencies.
  • Continuously propose new A/B tests to improve conversion, engagement, and ultimately the bottom line.
  • Ensure business objectives are translated into best-in-class digital customer experiences.
  • Assist in the creation of business requirements, user flow diagrams, functional specifications, and user testing plans as needed.
  • Work in collaboration with Senior Digital Specialist - Mobile in implementation of bug fixes and features jointly impacting the web and mobile experiences.
Long Description

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field of study.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a digital marketing role with an emphasis on website management.
  • Experience in maintaining a prioritized product backlog and participating in sprint and release planning activities managed in an Agile environment through the use of Agile project management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Ability to think quickly and creatively about problems and develop efficient solutions.
  • Experience leveraging analytics to drive insight and action.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple rapidly-moving projects.
  • Strong technical aptitude.
  • Familiarity with Drupal, HTML, and CSS basics.
  • Experience with web analytics tools including Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, and Optimizely.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results driven environment.
