The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for the delivery of all HR services for designated client group(s) in support of the North America business objectives.  The position will allow you to form a strong partnership with senior leaders as you provide expert advice on all matters relating to the ongoing development of the organization. 

You will partner with the business to deliver a sustainable talent pipeline and to secure the engagement of our people within the context of the distinctive RB culture. In this context, you will lead talent assessment, differentiated development of our people and contribute to the succession planning process.

•    Partners with client management teams and develops HR strategies, aligned with business needs and global  HR strategy
•    Proactive coaching and development of the client leadership teams
•    Leads the Talent Assessment Process for the function(s); drives for differentiated development for career next steps and, delivers talent for global opportunities 
•    Develops rigorous succession plans
•    Proactively coaches employees on career opportunities and required development
•    Supports graduate and intern recruiting activities, selection and induction programs
•    Identifies training and development gaps and develops appropriate strategies to close these gaps
•    Champions the use of all HR systems/tools/processes with client groups, ensuring compliance and adoption of those
•    Manages the performance and development review process ensuring robust objective setting for both business and development objectives; challenges performance ratings  appropriately
•    Serves as an objective employee advocate on employee relations issues; provides coaching to employees and line managers
•    Coordinates with COE HR teams with regard to mobility, relocation, compensation and talent assessments
•    Develops "Key Performance Indicators" for client groups, getting insights from data and build actions  with key  stakeholders to address gaps on performance

BA/BS in Business, Human Resources Management or another related discipline required.  Relevant certification (SPHR) or MBA preferred.
•    Must have minimum of 7 years of professional HR generalist experience as a proactive, results oriented leader with a proven track record of achievement.
•    Must have proven talent assessment skills with the demonstrated ability to identify and develop talent.  
•    Must have demonstrated success  in developing  succession plans 
•    Experience working within a FMCG Consumer Products/Manufacturing organization strongly preferred.
•    Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) and People Soft and recruitment applications.
•    Must demonstrate proven ability to take initiative, be a self-starter and establish successful internal work relationships with co-workers and client groups.
