Sr. UX & Creative Manager

Key Responsibilities

•    Creates data driven, user-centered solutions by considering market analysis, customer feedback, and usability findings
•    Lead brand positioning digital creative strategies and understand how to leverage consumer insights, market data and creative education to craft relevant strategies
•    Identify, design and create high-level solutions for existing features and new functionality. The candidate must self-sufficient in providing documentation (wireframes, user flows, site maps, storyboards or prototypes) in addition to having the ability to oversee the entire UX process from insight to execution
•    Collaborate in the exploration of new, innovative product ideas while refining existing features. Ensure delivery of high-quality user experience and product design.
•    Lead brainstorming sessions, translate complex ideas, and rapidly iterate solutions that can be delivered in quick, turnaround time
•    Lead creative development through hands on creative design/UI-UX development of key assets and direction of the local agencies
•    Oversee execution of internal/external creative concepts and programs, ensuring the highest quality creative output delivered within deadline and on budget
•    Develop frictionless experience from content to commerce; across all digital touchpoints including but not limited to web, mobile, app, voice, and email.
•    Identify, plan and lead A/B testing initiatives on an ongoing basis to make informed recommendations that will improve the consumer engagement and marketing performance
•    Confidently presents proposed executions / existing campaigns to senior management and global teams effectively and persuasively
•    Direct content studios/agencies 
•    Balances a solutions-based mind set while also striving to continuously raise the CX and Creative quality bar

Educational Background
•    Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred. Degree in human-computer interaction, cognitive psychology, interaction design, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Professional Experience
•    7+ years of professional experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar role digital design role
•    5+ years of experience design multi-platform experiences across mobile, voice, web and web
•    A history working with brands and leading creative teams to create successful, culturally relevant content
•    An adaptable, self-starter who can inspire, execute and manage end-to-end consumer experiences while meeting aggressive deadlines
•    Solid prototyping experience to explore and communicate design decisions/front-end development, HTML/CSS, Sketch, Adobe Creative Studio. 
•    Conversational design experience with voice-based systems such as Alexa and Google Home
•    Experience writing product requirements, A/B testing, optimization, feature prioritization.
•    Works collaboratively and isn’t intimidated to lead cross-disciplined teams of various levels of seniority
