Team Lead, Amazon Hygiene Home

Position Description

The team leader is responsible for the creation, implementation and acceleration of RB’s long-term commercial strategy in the digital retail space along with in year financial delivery. They will develop, coach and direct a team of account managers to deliver a world class shopper experience and build customer relationships which influence key decisions. The team lead will own the P&L of the business through spend and mix management to ensure both profit and scale. The leader must display an ability to work with an expansive cross functional team to support the entrepreneurial, data first, and customer-centric strategy and culture.  The team leader will be part of the eCommerce management team and will be influential in driving the long term vision , ambition and growth model of the business unit as a whole.  


Key Responsibilities include: 1) Consumption & Financials Performance Metrics, 2) Financial: Excellence in P&L management & delivery, 3) Relationship Management; 4) Defining 5Y vision for growth on Amazon and constant optimization of the go to market model across 1P, 3P, F3, Pantry, Business and global store platforms.



5 - 10 years of proven success developing, executing and maintaining sophisticated digital commerce brand strategies. Amazon expertise/experience in this capacity required with marketplace a plus. 

3+ years in a leadership and management role 

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field required, MBA a plus 

Extensive knowledge of e-commerce technology and strong analytical skills with the ability to apply business strategy to data analysis and recommendations 

Deep understanding and integration into the current user acquisition and marketing, analytics, and attribution ecosystem 

About the Role

The Team Leader is responsible for optimizing Reckitt Benckiser’s business performance by coaching, guiding and motivating direct and dotted-line reports to achieve team and company goals. Optimizes business performance in order to achieve company goals (including – sales, profit, new item listings, deduction management).
