Trade Marketing Manager, Infant and Child Nutrition

About the role

 

RB is looking for a future sales leader to join our Trade Marketing team! This role is responsible for developing the trade and customer strategy on our Enfamil Specialty & Nutramigen infant formula business. You will work to deliver New Business Development ideas (BDIs), uncover meaningful shopper and consumer insights, and champion new and innovative thinking to unlock these brands full potential!

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Leverage all available consumer, channel, and shopper data available to develop 4P strategy and compelling, trade selling stories to support multiple innovations
  • Lead annual trade sales planning by deep diving previous year performance, identifying key growth opportunities and translating into 4P Local Success Model for Sales execution
  • Clearly articulate category best practices and ensure timely transfer of knowledge to Sales
  • Champion uncompromising 4p execution of new products. Includes leading the development of sales presentation/materials and tracking of in-market implementation across 4P KPI’s
  • Develop in-store shopper marketing programs that align to marketing activation calendar; own budgeting and post-program evaluation to ensure learnings can be shared across the business
  • Provide financial implications behind all ranging and promotional decisions and champion ROI discipline across Sales organization
Qualifications
  • 4-year college degree
  • 5-years combined key account, trade marketing and/or Marketing experience with cross functional exposure to other operational functions
  • Good understanding of Customer Management Process
  • Proven analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge of Syndicated Data (Nielsen/IRI, Panel Data, U&As)
  • Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Computer proficient (Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Nielsen Answers)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good interpersonal and time management skills
