US eBu eComm - Innovation Brand Manager

Job Description

Innovation Brand Manager (IBM) will be responsible for leading the US eBu innovation strategy for Air Wick & Finish, to drive RB’s ongoing digital transformation. IBM will develop and execute a digitally-led innovation pipeline to unlock incremental UV & long-term profitability in the US eBu.

IBM will be responsible for the continued growth of the core business by delivering fit-for-eComm solutions, leveraging data and insights to identify portfolio opportunities for two Powerbrands.

IBM will also lead the disruptive agenda for both brands, leveraging new technologies and external partnerships (in collaboration with the Partnerships team) to transform the eComm portfolio.

IBM will be supported by an Associate IBM, to support Innovation project management and insight generation. The team will work in close collaboration with a) Performance Mktg; to deploy key initiatives to drive the eComm formula ongoing, including significant Eventing periods; and b) Sales teams, to develop a multi-channel innovation portfolio. Passion & understanding of eCommerce & digital strategies is essential to build projects that unlock incremental value to eBu.  

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for the achievement of financial and market share targets for strategic innovation online;
  • Development of annual innovation planning and strategy;
  • Cross-functional project management for key foundation & power-up innovations – including Commercial, Supply, Regs & Legal
  • Driving digital transformation on two Powerbrands by leveraging disruptive technology & partnerships;
  • Represent a change agent in the organization by driving visibility of eBu innovation pipe and growth of disruptive capabilities.
