eCommerce Consumer Experience Manager

Desired Experience

3+ years in marketing, brand management roles; digital marketing/e-commerce exposure is a plus

 

The Consumer Experience Manager resides within the eCommerce team and will assume support for the eCommerce CX Team Lead for the assigned brand portfolio in consumer experience, innovation and activation capacities. The person will be working very closely with the cross functional team, the eCommerce media and commercial teams and agencies to ensure a continuous improvement on the brand’s eCommerce consumer experience and managing new launches. The role would be the primary eCommerce team liaison with the respective business unit within RB Health structure.

Key Responsibilities
  • To manage a brand portfolio within eCommerce channel in the context of the agreed strategies to maximize long term sales and profitability.
  • To support the eCommerce CX Team Lead to develop, recommend and lead the execution of all marketing mix elements
  • To lead the development of all consumer communications and product page content on the eCommerce channel with a focus to improve conversion rates
  • Lead and manage effective launches within the brand portfolio on the eCommerce channel
  • Analyze performance along consumer experience, user feedback metrics on a continuous basis using tools available and work with the eCommerce team to ensure right interventions are done to improve performance.
  • Work with the eCommerce media team to drive agreed KPIs for the brand portfolio with focus on ROAS and incrementality
  • To own and utilize consumer insights and category trends from a portfolio POV across eCommerce channel utilizing the available tools and studies
  • Help the eCommerce CX Team Lead build long term plans and financial overviews of the business
