eCommerce Media Manager

Desired experience: 5+ years in marketing, media,  and/or brand management roles; digital marketing/e-commerce exposure is a plus

 

The eCommerce Media Manager role resides within the Ecommerce team and will provide support for the Ecommerce Media team lead for the assigned brand portfolio in in-platform, out of platform media. The person will be working very closely with the cross functional team, the ecommerce media and commercial teams and agencies to ensure a continuous improvement on the brand’s ecommerce media performance and managing new launches. The role would be the primary ecommerce team media liaison with the eRB teams for the BUs

Key Responsibilities

 

·       To manage performance media for the brand portfolio on ecommerce channel within the context of the agreed strategies to maximize long term sales and profitability.

·       To support the Ecommerce Media team lead to develop, recommend and lead the execution of all ecommerce media strategies  

·       To lead the segmentation definition, creative finalization and campaign execution for the ecommerce display campaigns

·       To work on nurturing and further developing the affiliates network that drives traffic to our product pages

·       To manage any agency relationships pertaining to ecommerce performance media strategy and execution.

·       Work with the CX team to drive agreed KPIs for the brand portfolio with focus on ROAS, New to Brand and incrementality

·       To help the Media Team Lead to manage the brand’s ecommerce budget and assist in the annual budget and strategy planning exercise
