As a key member of our eRB business, you’ll be responsible for providing quality system support and guidance to our commercial teams. A varied role, you’ll:

Provide leadership for excellence in Quality and Compliance of all RB products and processes for sales through eCommerce channels within the supply/distribution chain, including embellishment and fulfilment activities. Lead and facilitate quality continuous improvement activities and integrate these continuous improvement principles within the region through proactive communication, partnering, training and education. Assure proper quality systems are developed to comply with current regulations such as relevant GMP and GDP. Implement processes and procedures and observe/audit for compliance. Establish objectives for Quality improvement within the region. Provide feedback to the region on performance against relevant internal and external quality, regulatory/statutory requirements. Serve as a resource for information relative to all aspects of products and process quality. Facilitate the ‘right first time’ approach through implementation of new products and processes.

 

You’ll succeed because… 
…you are results oriented, self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and well organized. You:
Have experience in developing and maintaining a robust QMS in a Healthcare, Hygiene, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Device related industry. Have a clear understanding and ability to assess and act upon product safety, quality, efficacy and compliance risks. Have a good understanding of regulatory, GMP and GDP requirements relevant to a regulated product e.g. GMP, GDP, WHO, PIC/S, CFR 21 Part 210/211. Feel comfortable standing your ground to ensure operations do not compromise the quality of products and can demonstrate compliance with GDP. Have auditing skills or have managed a supplier auditing program in the past. Have operational experience within e-commerce or direct to consumer business (considered a major plus but not required to apply for this role)
