HR Analyst (Shared Service Center)

As a HR Analyst, you’ll report directly into the Shared Services Manager, CoE, you will work with the wider Shared Services and HR teams, providing comprehensive and accurate administration support service, while providing excellent customer service in a timely manner. The primary focus of this role will be in providing support to Compensation and Benefit (C&B) process, including annual performance plan, pay review and workforce analytics. To perform the job successfully, an individual should have a passion to grow within HR and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across RB.



  • Proactively monitor the Shared Services team Inbox and respond to queries in a timely, accurate, and customer-focused manner. Ensure that SLAs and KPIs are executed as agreed.
  • Provide support in the delivery of HR projects and initiatives.
  • Respond to HR queries and escalating appropriately to the Shared Services and HR teams.
  • Ability to work in a high volume, fast moving operational business.
  • Able to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Able to demonstrate and combine a methodical and organized approach to work situations with high attention to detail.
  • Professional and customer focused in your approach including absolute discretion and sensitivity in handling confidential matters and information.


Annual Performance Plan

  • In charge of the end of end process of Annual Performance Plan from annual target setting to payout, including maintaining accurate records all the time.
  • Production of mass employee target letter during Q1 of the year, then on a weekly basis for new hire/position change/transfer via Microsoft Word mail merge.
  • Liaise with regional C&B to identify issues and gaps.
  • Populate databases with final bonus attainments at the end of the year, including performing all preliminary calculations.
  • Prepare end of year annual payout letter via Microsoft Word mail merge.


Workforce Analytics

  • Run monthly canned reports and queries from SuccessFactor, including master data reports, talent calibration
  • reports, new hires, transfers and leavers reports.
  • Populate reporting templates with employee information.
  • Review employee data to ensure data integrity, identifying any issues/anomalies.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience


  • Bachelor degree in any field from a recognized university or relevant professional qualifications.
  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in HR administration and procedures will be preferred.
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel (i.e. v-lookup, nested if, string, pivot table, and other advanced Excel functions and formulas)
  • Good knowledge of HR Systems such as SuccessFactor, and HRIS will be added advantage.
