Rewards Analyst

Job Responsibilities

As part of the expanding Reward team in the Shared Services Center, you will be supporting the Shared Services Manager – Reward in delivering key reward initiatives including but not limited to pay review process, market benchmarking and global incentives schemes.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: -

  • Be part of the Project team, support in the delivery of Rewards initiatives - perform testing, develop SOPs & guidelines and deliver knowledge transfer to SSC team. 
  • Act as a Reward subject matter expert in Shared Services by providing guidance and resolution to complex processes and escalated enquiries from Tier-1. 
  • Support in the planning and delivery of global compensation programs such as annual pay review process and bonus pay-out.
  • Work closely with Global Reward to lead the annual salary benchmarking survey exercise from Shared Services’ end, prepare and submit compensation data for participating countries.  
  • Ensure Reward processes handled by Shared Services are in line with Global Reward governance and framework.
  • Prepare and update Reward reporting and ad-hoc analysis. 
  • Identify opportunities and recommend process improvement plan.
     

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in Reward in multinational corporation and/or shared services environment.
  • Experience in supporting multiple global projects with tight timelines and persevere to deliver project.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving approach including strong working knowledge of Excel
  • Exposure to HR Shared Services new initiatives and implementation will be an added advantage. 
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Prior experience in HR Systems or HR tools is a great plus.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
