Regional Sales Coordinator / Administrative Assistant (Enfamil Infant Formula & Child Nutrition)

Job Description


Supports regional sales objectives by performing a variety of activities in support of the sales processes, programs and services and by completing complex independent project work. Performs generally varied, moderately complex oriented and clerical duties and responsibilities. Identifies priorities and balances multiple regional sales office needs with minimal supervision while producing a high volume of work in a fast paced environment. Coordinates multiple medical sales processes, procedures or programs. Responds to routine inquiries relating to company policies, procedures and benefits related issues.


Job Requirements


  • Minimum of 2 years experience as administrative associate or comparable experience.  High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • High level of technical proficiency on Microsoft applications and other software
  • Strong track record in handling confidential information with discretion
  • Strong track record in working effectively across organizational, functional and geographic boundaries to complete project objectives
  • Working knowledge of staffing and recruiting processes company and employee relations policies and guidelines
  • Proficiency in record management
