HR Director, Manufacturing

Principle Job Accountabilities 
1.    Develop and manage policies of the company to ensure a smooth HR and Administration operation.
2.    Develop and focus on the long-term and short-term Company HR strategy to meet business needs.
3.    Assess the company human resources situation and develop the staffing and people development strategy to build up a strong talent pipeline.
4.    Develop a competitive compensation and benefits system to ensure the stability of the work force in the Company.
5.    Develop annual employee training plan and monitor the implementation of the plan to meet employee development needs.
6.    Maintain an efficient HR operation mechanism to ensure HR administration activities.
7.    Lead employee communication activity to strengthen the mutual communication in the Company.
8.    Build up and develop a professional HR team.
9.    Responsible for all administration work.
10.    Support General Manager in any HR and administration related work.
11.    Contribute to the establishment, implementation, and improvement of ISO14001 environmental and OHSAS 18001 health and safety management systems including the establishment of site environmental and health and safety objectives.
12.    Ensures flawless execution of HR strategies (i.e., staffing, compensation and benefits administration, labor relations, employment law, policy administration, etc.) to create value to the business
13.    Demonstrates a balanced perspective when dealing with employee-related issues, striving for organizational justice. 
14.    Partners effectively with line managers to model, shape, communicate and assess an organizational culture that supports the achievements of business objectives
15.    Builds rapport and communicates effectively with employees at all levels, demonstrating the awareness of their different needs, background and cultures in bridging their difference with the management

Knowledge and Skills required
1.    Bachelor’s Degree or above; at least 10 years’ experience in human resources management in a multi-national company, with at least 5 years in a managerial position. 
2.    Familiar with staffing, C&B, training, employee communication, organization development, etc. in supply settings
3.    Fluent English, can communicate effectively with senior management of the company and the global team
4.    Clear thinking and determined, strategic thinking
