OBJECTIVE:

The main responsibility of the function is to lead the strategy of value creation for the brand. Lead innovation process of all brand initiatives;

The creation of brand measurements and analysis (market share reports, pricing updates, business intelligence, sales updates). Making sure that all the activities are accomplished in time according to the Marketing Plans or the time tables developed for each project. Participate in the process to define the innovation pipeline to expand Brand's equities to other benefits/targets/categories. Lead & Execute Brand initiatives/ Follow up performance. Be involved with other functional areas to achieve & implement brand strategies & objectives/ innovation/ POS activities.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Define long- and short-term strategies for the Category and lead the ideation and execution of innovation, advertising and promotional activities;    

A&P Budget Administration. Full understanding and knowledge of the brand: Brand Equity, Financials, Sales, Channels, Go to market, Key Competitors, POS Dynamics, Market Trends & Consumer Understanding. Lead brief construction and participate in the development of the TV Campaign. Lead with multifunctional teams the definition, planning, implementation and evaluation of BTL Mkt Activities (POS, PR, Promotions, Sampling, etc), by being a key contributor in activities' implementation to achieve high performance and flawless execution. Additionally, have a critical role in aligning commercial areas to assure accurate implementation & added value in Brand Consumer Promotions. Transform insights from market research data into action plans and also share this data to the team accurately and timely. Contribute to improve brand strategies.       

    

EXPERIENCE: 

Infant Formula & Fast Moving Consumer Goods/ Pharma/ OTC Industry.

 

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineer or Marketing - Desired MBA or associate degree related to Brand, CMI or Marketing

 

KNOWLEDGE:

Strong: PC skills, FMCG, OTC; Consolidated: Budget Administration, Promotional activities & information analysis.

English and Spanish fluent
