Route to Market Senior Manager - RB Hygiene Comercial

The Route to Market area has the objective of implementing route to market models, understanding the particularity of each distribution area and its characteristics, as well as developing the basic foundations for obtaining a long-term efficiency in the “cost to service, distribution and point of sales execution".

 

The ROUTE TO THE MARKET Senior Manager will have the function of identifying and recommending models that guarantee:

 

• Gain from market share, numerical distribution, penetration and better profitability to the channel;
• New distribution models to leverage sales and reach new consumers in the indirect channel.
• Implementation of annual workshop and governance with regional offices to review the areas of opportunities and implement new projects;
• Robust and adherent commercial policies according to the strategies and dynamics of each channel;
• Strategic management of the execution of counterparts and the performance program of contracts with distributors;
• Design, Implement and Control of the Distributor Excellence Program, so that we have better understanding and a standardized of the distribution network in Brazil;
• Implementation of the mapping process for substitute distributors (Back Up Plan) based on Excellence program designed.

 

Main responsibilities

 

• Identify and apply analysis of distribution models for different sales channels, performing benchmarks present in Brazil, in other industries and segments;
• Identify the analyses as a necessity inherent to the business, necessary for a new performance model;
• Identify and analyses if trends and market dynamics imply the need for a new model of performance;
• Evaluate and proportions optimizations at key points for Route to Market, such as, Commercial Policy, Programs of Excellence in Distribution and New Technologies;
• Manage the “interface” with the internal areas in an optimized and result-oriented manner.

 This position reports to the Head of Indirect Channel.

 

Qualifications

 

• Complete Higher Education in Business Administration, or equivalent
• Desirable advanced / fluent English
• Desirable knowledge in the Hygiene market
• Hands on and used to dealing with complex scenario and problems;
