Senior Brand Manager - RB Health and Nutrition

The main responsibility of the function is to lead the strategy of value creation for the brand. 


1. Define long- and short-term strategies and lead the ideation and execution of innovation, advertising and 
promotional activities; 
2. Budget Administration - coordinate monthly closings and projections. Give follow up to ensure spending as 
3. Full understanding and knowledge of the brand/ category: Brand Equity, Financials, Sales, Channels, Go to 
market, Key Competitors, POS Dynamics, Market Trends & Consumer Understanding; 
4. Lead brief construction and participate in the development of the TV Campaign, from the brief to the final ad; 
5. Follow up to the implementation of the media strategy for the Brand; 
6. Lead with multifunctional teams the definition, planning, implementation and evaluation of BTL Mkt Activities 
(POS, PR, Promotions, Sampling, etc), by being a key contributor in activities' implementation to achieve high 
performance and flawless execution. Additionally, have a critical role in aligning commercial areas to assure 
accurate implementation & added value in Brand Consumer Promotions; 
7. Assure all Trade Marketing activities are in line with the brand equity; 
8. Accomplish sales/ market performance follow up to issue communication and reports, also to contribute in the development of action plans; 9. Transform insights from market research data into action plans and also share this data to the team accurately and timely. Contribute to improve brand strategy; 10. Monitoring competitors’ activities and consumer/market trends, to identify potential threats or opportunities for the company

Fast Moving Consumer Goods/ Pharma Industry experience 
Brand Manager 
Required Have led at least one complete planning cycle, from Marketing Plan Development and presentation to complete year implementation
Coordination of Promotion, PR or BTL. 
Experience in CCR metrics and variables.
Project Management Skills 

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineer or Marketing 
· Desired MBA or associate degree related to Brand, CMI or Marketing 

· English and Spanish fluent 

· Pacote Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)  

· Consolidated: Budget Administration, Promotional activities & information analysis. 
· Strong: PC skills 
· Basic: General innovation process, basic research methodologies & relationship with agencies. 

· High level of communication skills 
· Ability to navigate cross function and level 
· Time management 
· People management 
· Analytical skills 
· Empowerment mindset 
· Strong Team Player: build effective relationships internally and externally
