This position is a swing shift: 4:30pm - 12:30am, Monday- Friday.

  • Maintain laboratory glassware following SOP washing procedures
  • Receive samples to be tested (raw materials, bulks and finished products)
  • Sustain laboratory inventory of consumables
  • Place purchase orders through SAP; reconcile PO for monthly close out
  • Receive inventory and stock in appropriate lab area
  • Maintain documents and catalogue raw data for storage according to site SOP
  • Conducting physical testing and other analysis in accordance with current GMP and GDP
  • Enter and review data in SAP for completeness and accuracy
  • Understand and follow all necessary EHS policies and procedures
  • Ensure that audit readiness is maintained in the laboratory
  • Maintain high standards of laboratory housekeeping in his or her work area
  • Maintain and support the laboratory quality systems
  • Ensure daily workloads are completed in timely manner
  • Remain flexible to business needs to meet service requirements


  • Able to work swing shift!
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Requires basic understanding of QC laboratory operations
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to work cross functionally
  • SAP and/or other data systems experience a plus
  • Ability to work on own initiative in an accurate and reliable manner
  • Able to lift 20lbs and stand for long periods of time
  • Work safely around laboratory chemicals and instruments


  • Bachelors degree
  • Ideally experience in food, dietary supplements or pharmaceutical GMP/GLP
