Regional Quality Director

As a Regional Quality Director based at our Salt Lake City office, you’ll have the freedom to manage and direct our Quality leadership across the innovation life-cycle. In a fast-paced environment, you’ll be responsible for quality performance of the SLC and VMS innovation, including routine metrics, reports and communication. You’ll ensure compliance of all operations to internal and external requirements, ensure compliance and efficiency, and work as part of a cross-functional team to drive improvements across the network.

Responsibilities
  • QMS operation.
  • Compliance: Internal and external. Ensuring success in audit and maintenance of all necessary licences and certifications.
  • Performance: driving KPIs such as TAT (laboratory service) and RFT (factory compliance efficiency).
  • Innovation in Quality processes/ controls / Identifying processes where human errors are possible, build a case for action and drive the creation of Tech enabled fail-safe solution cross-functionally
  • Culture of Quality: design, build and implement a culture of Quality program across the region in Supply.
  • People: Develop and grow Quality talents for their technical capabilities and their leadership
  • EMO Quality management. QMS activities: change control, complaints/deviation management, PQR. Ensuring TAs and PMs in-place
Skills & Experience Required
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of manufacturing technology
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the regulatory environment across different product classifications
  • 10 -15 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical/or FMCG industry. At least 5 years within Quality
  • Senior Management / Executive experience
  • Proven leadership track record.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence at multiple levels is key
  • In line with RB core values, will be achievement focussed and able to work in a direct and often pressurised environment.
  • Entrepreneurial skills in terms of innovation and problem solving are key along with tenacity, tough-mindedness and ability to influence and demonstrate strong team working abilities and commitment.
  • Degree and/or higher degree in Science or Engineering.
  • Flexible to travel at short notice
