We are recruiting for an Audience Strategy Manager for our global organization. Data-driven marketing is a key pillar of RB’s business strategy to deliver consumer intimacy. The successful candidate will need to quickly take the initiative to identify the best ways of working between the brand teams, internal media teams and agency partners, and be able to minimize the initial ambiguity that will exist. The working environment is incredibly innovative, agile and exciting to work within.

Focusing on a leading brand, you’ll make your mark by making sure we do the same. You’ll: 

•    Translate the strategic audience segment strategy into robust buyable digital plans and define the Consumer Journeys. 
•    Build a creative matrix which aligns with the Consumer Journeys, and manage it on an ongoing basis 
•    Define audience testing hypothesis, measurement framework, and evaluate results to inform audience strategy
•    Gather audience insights and democratise these within the business as appropriate (Brand Managers, Media, CMI, Product Innovation teams)

•    A strategic and big-picture thinker, grounded in analytics and optimization, who can clearly, simply and convincingly articulate the role digital channels play in the marketing landscape, contextualize the value of digital for overall business goals and translate complex thinking into simple language that senior management can understand.
•    Natural curiosity and desire to help brands team achieve their goals
•    Commercial, naturally driven and high energy to constantly rise to the challenge
•    You will be confident in presenting both internally and externally
•    High proficiency in ad tech and marketing automation systems, particularly Sales Force Marketing Cloud and Google Marketing Platform. Hands on experience with the latter is a must.
