Brand Experience & Service Design Lead

Joining our dynamic Innovation Design team you’ll lead a standalone team of 10 people, leading the design of visionary experiences that improve the lives of billions of people around the world. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team who explore ideas and ultimately set the direction for our brands’ innovation pipeline. You will apply and contribute to our design experience strategy and help interpret experience requirements into commercially viable innovations.​

Skills and experience… ​

Apart from being a pioneer, a bit of a rebel and someone fearless in the pursuit of building our brands’ future we are looking for some core skills and experience:​

Foundation or degree in a design related discipline​

7+ years proven track record in translating insight into innovation – ideally in Consumer Goods & services​

Hands-on experience/service designer with experience in leading/managing multi-disciplinary creative teams including other research and design disciplines​

Awesome wireframing and experience modelling skills​

Experience designing consumer brands​

Experience in ‘Moments of Truth’ consumer experience models or similar models​

Exceptional standard of spoken English required – in order to articulate insights, briefs, concepts and direction within the team and the wider organisation​

Strongly principled and supportive of others – particularly those less fortunate than yourself​
