First Party Assets Capability Analyst

Focusing on insights which define our brands direction, You’ll:
- Produce comprehensive and insightful reports based on 1st party assets (websites, apps, connected packages, digital couponing)
- Analyse customer results to drive improvements in our digital activities 
- Support strategic research using primary, secondary, and syndicated data sources
- Build regular performance summaries and fill ad-hoc requests for Hygiene team
- Map data from multiple internal and externals sources to present customer insights and overall value of a specific campaign
- Translate complex data sets into clear and compelling visualized narrative
- Provide audience profiles and sizing estimates for assessments and planning
- Provide clear and meaningful fact-based recommendations to strategy, content, and operational teams

 

You’ll succeed because…
…you’re a natural member of the team because you. You:
- Have experience in operating models that reach beyond the traditional
- Have 5+ years’ experience in data analysis
- Have experience in predictive analytics (preferred)
- Have worked in an FMCG setting before
- Experienced working in an agile environment 
- Are an innovative thinker who isn’t happy maintaining the status quo
- Have the ability to understand consumer journeys and combine data from different tools
- Have the leadership, communication and writing skills to convey key insights from your analysis
- Have excellent presentation skills and expertise delivering research insights

 

You will bring skills to the table. You will be:
- Delivering insights and improvements on potential categories, innovations and continuous improvement 
- Identifying disrupted online consumer journeys
- Supporting the teams with ad hoc requests on performance reports
- Supporting the teams with audience segmentation
