Insights & Analytics Director Europe & ANZ

There is an existing Insights & Analytics team across EUANZ of approximately 12 people, however we are now creating a new role that will sit on the European Management Team and drive the Insights & Analytics agenda for the region. This role has 3 major focus areas:
1.Creating, piloting and scaling new, best-in-class capabilities
2.Driving scalable business strategies for specific important opportunity areas
3.Developing the insights organization that sit in the European markets from a functional perspective to continue upskilling our talent

This role will be based in Amsterdam alongside the EVP Europe and the management team, but will also work with the cross-functional organization all across Europe.

You will report into the Global Hygiene Insights & Analytics Director.
 
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
This role requires an extremely talented and experienced insights professional, who:
- Is highly capable in their functional expertise, with experience in creating and scaling best-in-class methodologies
- Very strong proven history in managing multiple stakeholders at various levels of seniority and expertise areas
- Must have experience across both global and local organizations
- Minimum 10 years of experience in consumer insights and analytics
- Experience with agile, digital-based research techniques (e.g. AB testing, social listening)
- Proven history of both qualitative and quantitative market research expertise
- Strong passion for and history of developing a team
- Turn complex information and ideas into simple and actionable outputs
- Have an action-oriented mindset with an ability to think strategically
- Excellent social, writing and verbal communication skills (in English)
