Procurement Analyst

The position requires a highly motivated, enthusiastic, flexible and pro-active Analyst to undertake a range of analytical and administration duties primarily for the Global Purchasing Director based in Amsterdam and to a lesser extent for his/her onsite team and eventually the team in remote regions.

- Data-management of Buy&Sell tools and relevant databases for Procurement like SAP, Ariba, Anaplan, TDS and others 

- To provide one-to-one support to the Procurement Manager and supplementary to their team. 

- Dealing on daily basis with global internal and external customers including senior management, suppliers, consultants etc. 

- Set up and management of databases related to Procurement financial data, budgeting, forecasting, etc

- Buy&Sell Model ENA HUB:
- SAP: 
    - Contract and sourcing list creation and maintenance, Reporting, Invoice Clearance.
    - Meeting with relevant functions also needed especially on invoice resolution.
    - Update on prices, quantities, adding new SKU’s, adding new countries.
    - Liaise with BSG and Planning for SAP updates
- MDM: 
    - Ensure supplier information creation and update: Name, Address, Bank details, Payment terms.    
    - Contact with supplier(s) to obtain relevant information if needed.

- Set up and manage all Contracts for Global Procurement team using Online Approval System. Insuring full compliance with “Contracts Authority Matrix”.
- Preparation and organisation of presentations in PowerPoint.
- Advanced departmental budget tracking.
- Support for negotiations preparation (RFQs) using advanced E-procurement tools. 
- Perform internet searches, prepare market and supplier reports.
- Act as key interface to external service providers for e-sourcing and commodity intelligence.
- Flexible to changing workload and seasonal departmental pressures.
- Organise, co-ordinate and attend meetings, includes minute taking, compiling and the distributing of action points 
- Other ad hoc duties, as required.
