Senior Design Researcher

Joining our dynamic Innovation Design team you’ll be working in a standalone team of 10 people, developing visionary concepts that improve the lives of billions of people around the world. You will join a multi-disciplinary team who explore ideas and ultimately set the direction for our brands’ innovation pipeline. You will apply and contribute to our design experience strategy and help interpret experience requirements into focused workstreams that create commercially viable innovations.​

Work closely with brand-level Consumer Marketing Insights specialists within the organisation, as well as trusted supply partners​

Skills and experience… ​

 

Apart from being a pioneer, a bit of a rebel and someone fearless in the pursuit of building our brands’ future we are looking for some core skills:​

Foundation or degree in a product design or research related discipline​

5+ years proven track record in translating user insights into innovation​

Awesome qualitative moderation skills​

Experience in researching consumer brands across multi-sensory experiences​

Experience in ‘Moments of Truth’ user experience models or similar models​

Experience managing and developing junior team members​

Strongly principled and supportive of others – particularly those less fortunate than yourself​
