Completely involved from outset, you’ll help Global Procurement Packaging Team with category sourcing activities, data management and preparation of contracts that take leading brands to millions. You’ll gain new skills such as managing directly sub categories, design and execute own sourcing strategy budget as part of our global team. You will be working on Cost Management-cost saving generation through procurement projects, monitoring and controlling the budget cost for the financial year, registering the cost reduction Initiatives, perform spend analysis. You will also be working on Risk Management- monitoring supplier’s performance, identify potential risks, take proper action, managing internal and external stakeholders. You could be supporting a tender process or market analysis. The focus will be on ‘learning through doing’ but with the support of a global team.

Further information 

Support Global Procurement Packaging team (Laminates, Sleeves, Labels & Tabs Foils) with sourcing activities, data management, tender management 
Cost-savings generation through procurement projects and others related activities identified by the business 
Assist with strategic financial management activities including budget preparation
Monitor and control the procurement costs against the budget for the financial year
Responsible to register the cost reduction initiatives, update prices and commercial condition in proper system. Update and maintain tools accordingly.
Perform spend analysis and support buyers to create RFI, RFQ, Price and Conditions Comparison. Working with various procurement tools
Provide support to European factories (supply disruption, blocked invoices,…)
Monitoring Supplier’s performance. Identify potential risks and take proper actions.
Manage internal & external stakeholders

Other duties as required

Bachelor or University degree, emphasis on procurement
Willingness in a transformative environment within FMCG
Must haves/previous knowledge:
Procurement skills : price & contract negotiations 
The ability to leverage interpersonal skills to develop relationships with all key stakehold-ers
Quick learner
Proactive working attitude, can work independently on projects and thereby set priorities
Master Analytical Skills
A flair for negotiation and networking
Result driven
Language Skills: English fluent: mandatory
