SCOPE/ DIMENSIONS OF ROLE
 
Support Marketing Manager to manage China initiative rollout in global scope, leading cross functional project team to maximize business potential and enhance innovation efficiency.
Closely working with lead market teams to understand business requirement, facilitate efficient innovation rollout process to drive scalable initiative and broader impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES 
  
•    Global Rollout Innovation management
o    Understand global market business status 
o    Support team to development winning proposition and product modification based on global strategy & local market needs
o    Lead global cross function innovation team to manage launch preparation and facilitate final launch 

•    Team management
o    Understand global category & cross functional organization and operation model, to facilitate effective & efficient project management 
o    Build close partnership with key lead markets to gain in-depth business understanding and address requirement during the innovation development process


KEY CHALLENGES 
•    Innovation pipeline delivery
o    Capability of rollout of China initiative with speed and scale
o    Modify existing initiative to fulfil specific market request as needed

•    Business performance
o    Global SWB business growth and profitability
o    In-market leadership 


PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/Experience
Bachelor’s degree, Master degree is preferred.
3-5 Years product & marketing industry experience
Experienced in personal care, healthcare, medical device category brand marketing and innovation development 
Being familiar with innovation process, especially the process in multi-national company, eg. ideation, validation, product development, commercialization, also with cross functional team based on different locations
Experienced in collaboration with market key contact with agility on working style, culture, etc, including Europe, US, South Asia
Experienced in working in Multi-national company 
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIE
Brand management, including branding, product, communication, P&L
Project management skills, eg. Timeline management, close monitoring
Consumer understanding, via various research approaches & information source
PERSONAL PROFILE 

•    Strong business acumen
•    Hands on, attention to details
•    Passionate, agile on finding solution
•    Fluent written & oral English communication
