Assistant Digital Intelligence Manager


Responsible for planning of Digital BI (include consumer insight learning) and Consumer digital experience, ROI estimate, and execution in innovation Digital cooperation with key external partner. Handle Digital tool production and consumer engagement projects with strong consumer mapping insights to support digital marketing project. Serves as the central focal point for all consumer insight & User experience activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Daily social listening and consumer insight analysis and learning sharing to internal organization. To handle the Digital tracking and measurement to keep the efficiency and ROI of digital investment
  • Lead the user experience optimization in whole consumer digital journey.Manage the development and production status for different consumer engagement solution by control and coordinate all kinds of internal and external resource. Design and plan all kinds of User experience optimization application solution to match request from internal and external stakeholder
  • Working closely with Digital marketing & Brand team for content marketing execution with QC for consumer insight output and Better user experience .

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  •  University education, Marketing, Communication; Technology know-how is a big plus
  •  Minimal 6 years of marketing experience, with at least 4 years of digital marketing related experience.
  •  Deep understanding and insight on digital dynamic in China market.  
  •  Experience in managing brand site, social media.
  •  Excellence in Execution. Attention to detail and accuracy for project execution. Get things done.
  •  Experience in managing online marketing vendors i.e. media agency, creative agency and etc.
