We are looking for a Senior Consumer Insight professional with robust experience in consumer research to lead our team and drive our brands to continued growth.

Roles - 
Partner with Innovation team:
•    Collect and translate cultural insights, consumer trends and market dynamics into consumer-driven innovation and activation in the Hygiene and Sexual Well Being categories.
•    Conduct primary research that informs innovation decisions that drive equity and sustained commercial growth for the brands.  
•    Strategically influence Marketing, R&D and Management partners to drive consumer centric decision making. 
•    Define strategy for exploring new spaces to drive long term category and brand growth.


Consumer Research Skills:
•    Translate business needs into research briefs, design and execute research plans effectively and independently
•    Ability to generate insights for innovation purpose, communicate and deploy insights with clarity and impact
•    Can identify and influence strategic decisions through fact-based analysis integrating diverse data sources
•    Strong analytical skills to solve complex business challenges and create/recommend appropriate business actions


Minimum Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in related field. Master’s degree a plus.
•    8+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, advertising planning and/or consumer insights
•    Experience of data analytics
•    Experience of insights work in FMCG is preferred
•    Open-minded, curious, dynamic, innovative
•    Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
•    Strong presentation and communication skills
