Key Account Manager

Roles & Responsibilities 


•    Acquisition of new accounts
•    The Regional KAM is accountable for delivering the P&L for the given partner portfolio across GBUs and across markets.
•    S/he will negotiate the annual trading terms with the customer in line with overall strategy. 
•    Define and negotiating pricing strategy to be executed with different partners in the given geography, including Rebate management process
•    Work closely with B2B Area and Central team to provide input on Sales toolkits and portfolio menu and customize global toolkits for his region of influence 
•    Define distribution network for relevant market/partners
•    Conduct business review with customers, collects data from customer and analyze it and share it internally with the team for necessary actions.  
•    Compliance monitoring on commercial terms
•    Close collaboration with project manager to ensure timely servicing of the contract 
•    Management of multiple, potentially conflicting, customer relationships

•    Demonstrable experience in Sales including FMCG and ideally B2B
•    Relevant educational qualifications
