District Sales Manager -

To provide the strong support to PNE RSM, take initiation on regional consumer education activities/events planning & design, annual budget planning & periodical spending control and vendor management. To monitor region consumer education execution with quality and quantity and provide coaching upon any issues finding. Moreover, the job holder need to identify potential consumer education channel or accounts, to negotiate and develop particular program to support achieving regional PNE KPIs.

 

Responsibilities
  • Support RSM in allocating overall consumers education KPI and resources.
  • Based on national strategies, assist RSM in allocating consumers education target and resource for P-Class in / outside hospitals and PS events at city / hospitals level.
  • Assist RSM in communication and alignment of consumer’s education strategies and targets with ASM/DSM.
  • Plan and design consumer education events and programs.
  • Assist RSM in planning events venues, date, theme, attendees, etc.
  • Support RSM in events budget planning, control, and cost accounting.
  • Coordinate with CRM, COT, PNEMKT and field sales in negotiation with business partners in consumers education.
  • Seek opportunities of business partnership with KA, KC, communities, enterprise, etc. to achieve consumers education coverage.
  • Facilitate cross-function collaboration in business partnership negotiation.
Requirements

Education:

  • University graduate or above, major in Medical science/ Pharmacy/ Nutrition is preferable;

 

Experience:

  • Had hospital/Event promotional sales management experience for more than 5 years ;
  • 3 years’ experience on the development and execution of ethical sales promotion plans that supported strategic initiatives.
  • Understanding of financial principles such as budget control. Ability to analyze sales administration technical data. And proven track records in managing ethical operation funds, allocating resource to support business development needs.
  • Managed multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
