Supporting the wider Customer Innovation and Activation team, you will develop and deliver customer focused products and conception ideas - from conception through to execution. 

 

You’ll succeed because… 

…you’ve proved your commercial ability with a marketing or sales function in a complex environment. You've exprience working on the development of innovations within the retail environment. You’re action-orientated, with a focused and pragmatic approach to problem solving. You are also highly analytical with advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint and sales software.  Crucially, you’re a born communicator, able to use your insights to create a compelling story for your colleagues.

  • Provide support on building effective plans for customer specific innovations, activations and sustainability initiatives that are strongly rooted in consumer and shopper insight 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure plans are approporiately approved and executed
  • Project manage key initiatives from conception through to execution
