This is an exciting opportunity to join a FTSE top 10 Company Secretarial Department. This role will be primarily responsible for all Board and Committee Administrative support, and assisting the wider Company Secretarial team with day to day tasks to ensure smooth and efficient running of the department. You will coordinating RB Board and Committee meetings and coordinate the distribution of Board and Committee papers. You will be primarily responsible for Board and Executive Directory and be the primary point of contact for all Non-Executive Director payroll related queries. You'll manage Board expenses and preparing expenses schedule for Annual Reporting purposes and arrange new Board member induction meetings and setting up new directors on systems. You'll be coordinating venue for Annual General Meeting and supporting team with AGM related tasks where necessary. You'll be supporting Diligent Entities (previously Blueprint) bi-annual subsidiary verifications as well as managing all the teams expenses and invoices.


You’ll succeed because… 

…you have experience of working within a Company Secretariat or Legal function. Prior experience in a Board Support position would be advantageous. You have close attention to detail. You work well independently and have a strong sense of initiative – if you see an opportunity to improve something, you take it. You are a strong communicator.
