As the CRM Executive, you will be the owner of CRM communications for some of the brands. You will be a key point of knowledge in this area, assist multiple brands get to grips with the basics of the customer lifecycle. that it will be up to you to decide what direction and strategy to follow. Hand hold the customers’ experience and from first time purchase to multiple purchase. You will make the customer lifecycle relevant, engaging and drive incremental sales for these customers. The role involves having an entrepreneurial can-do spirit, immense data driven analytical thinking and a knack for solving tough problems. If you enjoy building new businesses and solving tough problems at pace and scale – you will love this role.



You’ll succeed because…
…you have 3+ years experience with CRM platforms and have experience in being responsible for the CRM channels of a website, a brand, a retail etc. You've previous experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred). You have experience and/ or are able to:

  • Key data segmentation and management (strategic level and hands on)
  • Be passionate about the UX and customer journey to maximise revenue from loyal customers
  • Understand tactics and technologies can be used to drive loyalty as well as where and when certain loyalty type programs are not suitable
  • Assist with innovation and development of subscription models
  • On top of current trends and best practice in this areas and interested sharing knowledge with wider team
  • Help build and innovate operational frameworks to scale capabilities
  • Motivate and support a wide range of local brand, category and geographical cluster teams
