Ultimately responsible for providing support for excellence in Quality and Compliance of Hygiene products and processes within the business and supply/distribution chain, including embellishment, you'll:

facilitate quality continuous improvement activities
assure proper quality systems are developed to comply with the corporate requirements and current regulations
perform the new and existing products checks and release the products from new products, MicroB holds
identify training needs and support the CQM in delivering relevant training
support the business in audit preparation
maintain the non-conformance management system
support the local functions to enable employees to develop procedural documentation and implement the Quality Management System to ensure fully compliant products
Keep and review the document control list, ensuring that procedures are up to date and compliant with Global Requirements and relevant codes of practice
Prepare Technical Agreements for Distributors and Embellishers, ensuring all quality expectations are included

You’ll succeed because…
…you’re committed to raising standards. You’ve a background in quality compliance within a similar industry. You:

are experienced in developing and maintaining a robust QMS
have demonstrable experience with auditing
have a strong understanding of regulatory, GMP and GDP requirements relevant to a regulated product
most importantly, are an excellent communicator, able to influence a wide variety of stakeholders cross-functionally
