Initially, you will manage the Brexit ordering process including but not limited to the daily running and reporting on customer orders to the business. Once Brexit “goes live”, you will move to the role of Customer Services Co-Ordinator where your role will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of customer orders.

This role requires extensive work within the RB order system, JDE and our new system, SAP, due Feb 2020. It also requires you to have high levels of communication internally and externally incl. with our 4PL (4th party logistics provider) to ensure our Customers receive outstanding Customer Service and service levels into their distribution centres with minimal order intervention.

You’ll be expected to contribute to delivering a 98.5% service level and customer satisfaction whilst supporting the team of Customer Supply Managers initially with managing the Brexit order process and then moving across to the day-to-day running of customer accounts.
