In this role you will…

  • Be the “person with the Crystal Ball”, looking into Insights that can help us better understand and forecast the future
  • work with data (1P data, as well as 3P data from other sources), connect the dots and create models that can envision future better. These could be linked with other data/insights (category, consumer audience, etc)
  • be the primary eCommerce contact to interact with the global Insights & Analytics teams 
  • identify hypothesis, qualify them and then be able to show business short, medium- & long-term opportunities
  • Global responsibility: responsible for creating global best practice/protocols for extraction of real-time insights, for the newly created eRB unit; be a CoE (centre of excellence) for connecting eCommerce, CRM, and other sources of data

 

You’ll succeed because… 
…you’re evangelical about consumers and your passion inspires others. You’ve led the design and implementation of best practice research projects using a wide range of methodologies. You have vast experience within e-commerce and have ideally worked in an FMCG company. You’re highly analytical and use facts to influence others. You excel in a multi-cultural environment, are comfortable with ambiguity and are creative and tenacious. Ultimately, you’ll ensure our strategies and programs succeed because they keep sight of the consumer.
