In this newly created position, you'll be responsible for delivering global change. You'll be experienced in active co- ordination of projects and management of inter-dependencies including oversight of any risks and issues arising. You'll be enabling sustainable, smooth-operating cross-functional business processes, taking all aspects of governance, compliance, quality, people, process, data and technology into account.

You will have significant experience leading several projects on change initiatives targeting improvements to
cross-functional processes; by providing subject matter expertise, knowledge and insights and assuring superuser communities are engaged in improvement plans.

You'll develop and manage all aspects of project engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, stakeholder management, communications, resources, budget, change, reporting and risks and issues. You'll set and continually manage expectations while delegating and managing deliverables with cross functional team members and stakeholders.

Additionally, experience in systems implementation, adherence to controlled / policy-based business processes and the use of automation are advantageous.

You’ll succeed because… 
…are a passionate change champion with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You're a natural problem solver, resilient and innovative and understand Project/Change Management end to end. You will have: 

•    Proven project management experience and/or change manager experience, ideally with recognised qualifications
•    Worked within the FMCG industry and has experience across the Packaging lifecycle, with knowledge of Master Data Management and DAM highly desirable
•    A basic awareness of packaging industry developments, challenges & trends impacting the industry for communication to the wider team
•    Knowledge of the Artwork to Print process and some experience in packaging workflow, review & approval platforms / solutions would be advantageous
•    Had exposure to Business Process Modelling (BPMN 2.0) would be highly desirable
•    A passion about the role of innovation and driving change that challenges the status quo, whilst also addressing sustainability issues
•    Experience of working in a complex matrix organisation and multicultural environment, able to manage and develop relationships across business sectors
•    Excellent communication stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence positively in decision making
