This is an exciting opportunity to join RB’s Global Insights and Analytics Centre of Excellence. You will be part of a team tasked with building, developing and delivering our global insights and reporting capability with the focus on understanding our consumers, through data. The role will deliver a variety of data analytics projects from start to finish, ranging from answering specific business questions via data, through to ground-breaking global data science and predictive analytics projects that revolutionise the way the business currently operates.

 

In this role you will…

  • Contribute to the establishment of consistent, best-in-class Analytics, Media Measurement and Evaluation capability,
  • Support the go-forward data strategy which will enable Advanced Analytics & Machine Learning capabilities.
  • Review media channels performance and show where improvements need to be made through Optimisation Analysis for a better ROI.
  • Develop effective working relationships with RB stakeholders to scope and define their analytics needs and create efficient analytical solutions
  • Work closely with business sponsors to identify and articulate business questions, supported by introducing new analytical thinking. 
  • Show an understanding of the role data visualisation and story-telling play in ensuring insights derived from the projects are communicated with impact. 
  • The ability to understand mar-tech/ad-tech solutions and how they ensure delivery of specific business questions/hypothesis.
  • Understand how different data sets play a role in designing the appropriate solutions 
  • Being ‘Point’ for all stakeholders for updates to the project.
  • Ensure all insights and reports are rooted in showing business performance.

 

You’ll succeed because you have…

  • Experience working in relevant environment/s, i.e. Analytics / CRM / Media Measurement reporting in a global organisation
  • Experience of deploying media measurement and analytics capability.
  • Deep understanding of digital data and how it is used to optimise campaigns (experience of Google, FB, OLV, DMPs/DSP and Sales Force etc… tools would be preferable)
  • Data analytics – such as statistical model selection, network analysis and basic programming ability (R, Python or other data analysis relevant languages). 
  • Data/Systems – such as the design of algorithms, statistical software (SPSS), SQL database systems, statistical analysis languages
