This position is responsible for supporting the launch of a new Global Brand for the RB Nutrition portfolio, with focus on Brand Equity development & ensuring sustainable growth via robust innovation pipeline, by working on key global brand projects and NPD initiatives. 
The role is intended to offer an opportunity for high potential marketers the opportunity to work:

  • Globally - in headquarters with frequent exposure to top management & working closely with key markets across the global (eg US, Brazil, etc.)
  • On complex cross-country projects with many different countries
  • With a multi-functional team including R&D, Regulatory, Medical and Supply.


You'll:

  • Provide key support in the development of the global brand strategy for the Adult Nutrition category, including brand footprint, comms strategy & go-to-market model. To include;
    • Develop Global Brand Footprint 
    • Bring consumer insight & science together 
    • Articulating and presenting strategy to senior stakeholders 
    • Develop GTM model
  • Support the Global Brand Marketing Manager in the annual 3 year strategic plan on key elements including the brand strategy, growth model, NPD pipeline and financials.
  • Support country marketing teams on an ongoing basis in all aspects of brand marketing execution
  • Category Information Management and analysis, including financials, market shares and competitive information 
  • Support development of Innovation Strategy in collaboration with CI and medical Affairs, by delivering a robust 5Y Innovation Pipeline with NPD, EPD and claims.  
  • Lead and manage key global innovation projects end to end, as the commercial lead working very closely with the cross-functional team to ensure speed to market as well as scale. 
  • The day to day management will include defining the approach, the key messages, the science and evidence required with R+D.
  • Align key markets to innovation plan and support the implementation of defined NPD projects working with key regions including North America, Latam & Europe.
