As a B2B CDO Global Senior Brand Manager, you will contribute to the strategy, growth & earnings model for our portfolio. You’ll be accountable for the development and execution of demand generation campaigns and innovations for Small Medium Enterprise partners within AMEA region. Working closely with IMEx teams to further the Marketing plans and execute Best-In-Class activation.  


In this role you will...

  • Lead Innovation Strategy for our newly created Global Business Solutions Unit (mainly focused on Lysol Surface Care & Air Disinfection)
  • Lead cross functional teams to drive conceptualization, development & delivery of major company initiatives that will fuel GBS growth in the next 3 to 5 years. 
  • Manage global projects and global cross functional teams (R&D, Supply, Regulatory, Le-gal, Packaging, Finance) that have been challenged to deliver best in class Innovation for both our Strategic Accounts (Hiltons, Ubers, Delta’s of the world) as well as Fragmented Distribution of Medium Size organizations. 
  • Scout the market to identify new ideas, concepts or strategic partners, always in the lookout for new market insights, better understanding of competitors or new product so-lutions that could trigger initiatives that could strengthen our Strong Portfolio. 
  • Analyze potential strategic partnerships that could help us bring innovative solutions to the market (new devices, new chemistries, new business models)

  • Experience in Innovation. B2B commercial lens is a plus, help identify and conceptualize strategic partnerships with external players to speed up market launch of product solutions.
