Head of Attraction and Employer Brand is responsible for design and delivery of Reckitt’s attraction and sourcing strategy globally, and processes and capabilities to enable it. This role reports into Global Talent Acquisition Lead.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Head of Attraction & Employer Brand is responsible for the overall  global design and delivery of Reckitt’s attraction and sourcing strategy, a multi-channel strategy which targets desired talent groups. They are also responsible for tailoring sourcing strategy to customer sub-segments and location to ensure that Reckitt is able to access talent for hard to fill roles in low brand awareness geographies. The goal of Head of Attraction & Employer Brand is to transform Reckitt’s employer brand from a market trends follower to a trend setter and make Reckitt the destination for professionals.

 

This role  is also responsible for ensuring that potential talent is engaged with Reckitt through effective recruitment marketing strategy and execution. This includes developing and delivering social media and comms strategy, including targeted social media and other comms campaigns, CRM, talent pools, diversity & inclusion, Freedom to Succeed, wellbeing, future of work (i.e. 4 C’s: hybrid working approach). Head of Attraction & Employer Brand works with candidates and campus to define which talent groups to target to attract the very best.


Head of Attraction & Employer brand uses data and analytics to provide reporting at a global level (e.g. retention rates) and use these insights to inform sourcing strategy, develop pipelines and source long term candidates.

 

This role also has overall responsibility for building Reckitt’s Employer Brand globally and ensuring that Reckitt is communicating in a single brand ‘voice’ to markets of targeted talent. They will be responsible for Identifying which demographics and geographies to target and how. They will also be responsible for collecting intelligence, internally and externally, on perception/reputation of Reckitt’s brand in the industry/ among graduate talent etc. They will also be supporting regions with regionally tailored Employer Brand activities, including developing campaign calendars and other initiatives. 

 

Overall, they will be accountable for tracking the effectiveness of Attraction & Employer Brand activities and adjusting the strategy accordingly.


KEY DELIVERABLES:

 

  • Developing and delivering Reckitt’s attraction and sourcing strategy; continuously improving sourcing strategy initiatives
  • Providing governance to ensure adoption of sourcing strategy policies and procedures
  • End-to-end ownership of reporting on sourcing
  • Building  Reckitt’s Employer Brand globally
