Reporting into the Marketing Operations Manager, you will be the first point of contact for key projects on Equity & Innovations. Working with the relevant project team(s) the Marketing Operations Project Manager has the responsibility for managing, supporting projects and marketing activities relating to successful introduction of new products and changes to existing products. Ultimately you will be responsible for completing project work in line with the plan and deliverables. You will work directly with our Global Category Sexual Well-Being Team and participate and lead where necessary with discussions cross-functionally to internal, external stakeholders, and local markets.

 

  

You’ll succeed because…  
…you have successfully managed and / or have been directly involved in multiple global and / or local projects in the past. You have a solid understanding and proven experience of being able to implement projects with different levels of complexity to help ensure our global strategy follows through to local execution and is delivered on time. You are a strategic and creative thinker, with a wealth of relationship-building skills, and the ability to share knowledge and inspire people across many different cultures. You'll provide guidance to Reckitt markets to support commercialization and localization of new initiatives, including coordination and support through Reckitt's stage & gate operating model where necessary. As well as, ensuring that marketing and marketing related activities and systems that feed directly into critical paths of projects are initiated on time.
