As the programme manager, you'll be responsible for delivering change. You'll be experienced in active co-ordination of programmes, projects and management of inter-dependencies including oversight of any risks and issues arising.  You'll be accountable for several project teams. 

You'll develop and manage all aspects of programme engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, stakeholder management, communications, resources, budget, change, reporting and risks and issues. You'll set and continually manage programme expectations while delegating and managing deliverables with team members and stakeholders. You'll be;  

 

  • Driving improvement initiatives as it relates to improving programme delivery
  • Steering the programme teams to ensure robustness around delivery and ensuring the programmes objectives are met on time and within budget
  • Reporting on project success criteria results and manages communication with stakeholders on progress of programme as well as ensuring ownership and attention to issues / risks
  • Ensuring each team is clear with accountabilities, objectives and expectations and reinforces these through cadence
  • Managing the teams delivering into the programme both in terms of monitoring performance and outcomes to ensure success.
