R2R Transformation Manager - 18 month FTC

18 month FTC


You will work under the direction of the RTR Finance Transformation Lead on the design of the end to end Record to Report (R2R), Intercompany (ICO) Stock / Non Stock and Group Reporting processes. You will ensure best practices are used throughout the standardisation, simplification, innovation and automation as well as ensure compliance to and integrity of the RTR/ICO end to end processes and controls.

You’ll succeed because… 

You can demonstrable strong knowledge of Intercompany and Record to Report processes You have business/finance experience, preferably in FMCG sector. You have experience of having worked in finance positions responsible for some of the following: month end close, group reporting, intercompany reconciliation, process analysis or transformation. You've got knowledge of RTR automation tools such as Blackline/Trintech an advantage as well as SAP experience in FICO module is essential, with experience in multiple key SAP modules preferable (SD / MM). You've got experience of leading and managing change when new tool or process was introduced. You can demonstrable ability to engage and manage different level stakeholders and multicultural audience/s through communication and presentation skills.
