Responsible for a dynamic and growing region, you’ll devise rewards strategies that incentivise your colleagues to raise performance even further. You’ll:

  • Design and deliver programs looking at pay structure, banding and bonus
  • Provide analysis to support improvements in share schemes, recognition and benefits projects
  • Provide local insights into global programs
  • Find new ways to motivate colleagues and ensure we remain competitive and, above all, fair.
