Reporting to the SVP Nutrition NA & Europe.  This role is responsible for developing strategic growth initiatives to accelerate growth in Europe and for support marketing & commercial excellence across key markets.
The role contributes to the growth of the business through leading and applying commercial and marketing best practices to drive growth and competitiveness across the business. The role will also be important in identifying and leading business development & partnership opportunities to step change growth.  While the role reports into SVP Nutrition NA & Europe, it will also work closely with key European market teams and with the Category Development Organization.

In this role you will...

  • Developing new business development & partnership opportunities to accelerate growth
  • Building business investment cases across strategic initiatives to step change growth 
  • Identifying and applying marketing and commercial best practices to fuel growth of business
  • Leading the development and key planning for the annual strategic planning process including region marketing plans and financial plan presentations
  • Analysing performance to identify opportunities and to solve key business issues
  • Being a strategic and influential partner to all key stakeholders across the Regional Directors, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply, and CDO

You will have...

  • Significant and proven experience in FMCG and healthcare influencer marketing roles and developing strong business partnerships.  
  • Depth of knowledge across European countries on compliance and regulations around the products and their landscape a plus
  • Full commercial understanding of corporate and operational business issues, including all elements of strategic planning
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, planning issues, budgeting, priority setting, project management 
  • Complete understanding of P&L management
  • Highly analytical, proficient with the technical competencies of marketing, modelling and analytics 
  • Proven track record as a top performer within a multi cultural environment  
  • Very passionate with very strong consumer orientation 
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field 
  • Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating 
  • Bias for action, capability to define, evaluate and take risks 
  • Strong leadership, HIGH accountability, motivational and interpersonal skills 
  • Capable of building strong working relationships and motivating teams to deliver outstanding results with or without hierarchical relationships 
  • Ability to transform solid thinking into action (a thinker and an achiever)
