This role suits an ambitious individual, seeking a high-profile position and opportunity to work cross functionally. Reporting to the Global Controls Excellence Director, the Senior Finance Manager - Global Internal Controls, will work in a small team responsible for:
•    Accountable for developing and maintaining the integrity of the Global Internal Controls Framework and responsible for ensuring that business requirements globally are understood and implemented
•    Identify and drive implementation of best practices for internal controls and business process improvement
•    Continuous improvement of the Global Internal Controls Framework and establishing effective monitoring processes for key Financial risks
•    Support market remediation of control deficiencies and internal audit findings
•    Governance and controls input into key transformation projects, ensuring controls are integrated into design

This role provides expert and technical advice across the whole group and is in a position to drive significant change whilst establishing a robust controls framework. The candidate needs to possess the rare combination of subject matter expertise, high integrity, with strong communication and influencing skills and clear commercial acumen. 


You’ll succeed because… 

... You had a solid understanding of developing leading edge finance processes, systems and controls as well as a proven track record of project delivery. You have a proven ability to communicate / influence across boundaries and are able to engage with stakeholders and manage cross functional projects and the ability to manage multiple stakeholder communities with varying levels of experience. You are a qualified ACA/CIMA or equivalent with minimum 4-5 years PQE. You have experience of working within a multinational environment. You have a considerable process and control design background, and experience in risk assessment, systems and internal control. Process excellence accreditation qualifications (desirable).
