Strategy Manager

As Strategy Manager, you will play a key role in driving the strategic thinking for our relatively new business unit, as well as the planning and ad-hoc strategic projects. You will be working in an exciting, dynamic environment.  Your focus will be on the mid to long term strategy for GBS, to build out a high growth, sustainable business working closely with the Strategy Director.

Scope of Responsibilities

  • Project manage cross functional Workstream Progress (Engine Room) for GBS and GEM. Defining cross-functional deliverables per quarter and ensure delivery against targets
  • Manage and consolidated GBS partnership pipeline, in collaboration with Area teams, in order to provide visibility and for top management with defined reports and dashboards
  • Establish go-to-market strategy in lead markets for fragmented trade, in collaboration with Area teams. Design in-market test pilots, then track performance against KPIs
  • Work with senior leadership to define GBS medium and long-term strategy. Supporting Strategy Director and Global to detect sectors and segments that represent long-term opportunities for GBS growth
  • Coordinate creation of GBS Academy learning portal on learnRB

  • Experience in corporate and business strategy consulting, consumer goods or consumer health companies
  • Worked in Strategy, Marketing & Sales topics and Consumer health or/ consumer goods
  • B2B experience beneficial
